Participation Guide

4th–7th December B.E. 2568 (2025) — Bangkok, Thailand

  1. RESPONSIBILITY OF PARTICIPANTS

    All participants are responsible for their own airfare and hotel accommodation expenses.

  2. PROVISION BY THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE

    The organizing committee will provide lunch and dinner during the conference, as well as transportation service from/to airport and between the meeting venue and the recommended hotels only.

  3. TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

    The service is available as follows:

    • On 4th December B.E. 2568 (2025) – transportation will be provided between airport and the recommended hotels only. Participants are requested to proceed to Avis Rent A Car counter:
      Suvarnabhumi Airport — on the 2nd floor of the arrival hall, between gate 7 and 8
      Don Muang Airport — arrival hall of Domestic Terminal, 1st floor.
    • During the conference dates, transportation will be provided between the recommended hotels and the conference venue only.
    • Transportation will only be provided according to the program.
    • On 7th December B.E. 2568 (2025) – transportation will be provided from recommended hotels to airport after sightseeing.
  4. RECOMMENDED HOTELS

    The organizing committee will reserve rooms at the following recommended hotels exclusively for registered participants at a special discount rate for a single/twin-bed room with breakfast. Any accommodation reservation must be arranged in advance and paid by the participants themselves thru WFB together with the registration. The recommended hotels are:

    • The Suan Dusit Place (800 – 1,500 THB per night)
    • The Sukosol Hotel, Bangkok (3,000 – 3,300 THB per night)
    • Pullman Bangkok King Power (3,000 – 3,500 THB per night)
  5. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
    1. All participants are requested to arrive in Bangkok by the afternoon of 4th December B.E. 2568 (2025). The hotel check-in time is 15.00 hrs.
    2. Participants arriving before the afternoon of 4th December or departing after afternoon 7th December B.E. 2568 (2025) will be responsible for all expenses besides the program.
  6. REGISTRATION FEE AND PAYMENT

    A. Registration deadline & Required Documents

    by 31st October B.E. 2568 (2025) along with the following required documents to email: international@thewfb.org; contact@wfbhq.org

    The two documents requested must be in jpg file with size less than 2MB

    • Copy of passport (photo and personal information page)
    • One passport-sized photo with full name in block letters on the back.

    * THE REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOMMODATION EXPENSES.

    ** Registration will only be confirmed after payment is received.

    *** Incomplete details registration is not eligible and will be rejected.

    B. Registration Categories and Fees (in THB only)

    • The WFB Office Bearers & EXCO Members — THB 3,500
    • WFBY EXBO Members — THB 3,500
    • WBU Council Members — THB 3,500
    • Delegate — THB 5,000
    • Observer — THB 6,000
    • Non-Official Observer — THB 6,500

    The above fees apply to participants of The WFB General Conference, WFBY General Conference, and WBU Council Meeting, including the anniversary celebration.

    Payment Methods:

    Please complete the payment by 31st October B.E. 2568 (2025), including registration fees via credit card.

  7. CANCELLATION POLICY

    No cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  8. VISA SUPPORT

    Participants requiring a visa should apply for an entry visa to Thailand at the Royal Thai Embassy or the Thai Consulate-General in their country as early as possible.

  9. IMPORTANT NOTES
    1. Only Buddhist participants are eligible to attend the conferences, meetings, and related programs. Each regional centre can send up to two (2) Delegates and two (2) Observers.
    2. Personal expenses such as food & drink, telephone, fax, postal charges, minibar, and laundry services at the hotel will be at the participant’s own expense.
